Gently breathe in and out, hold your nose, close your mouth, then walk around the house until you can’t breathe any longer. Stand still and count to a minute, then do it again 6 more times.

H2O2 Inhalation Therapy

To do this:

  • Get a nasal spray and empty and clean it out
  • Fill it with 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide
  • Spray 6 time to the back of your throat
  • Do not spray in nostrils
  • Do this several times per day depending on the severity of your condition
